What do I do if an item is missing from my order?Updated a year ago

Our dispatch process requires all items to be double checked, however, on the rare occasion that something was missed, please contact our Customer Service team and we will arrange for the missing item to be delivered, or a refund for that item will be issued. Please note that from time to time substitutions of certain items may need to be made, and these items will not be replaced or refunded. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
