The recipient was home. Why was the hamper taken to a Post Office?Updated a year ago
The couriers will make every reasonable attempt to deliver your parcel. However, to ensure their safety, there are a few exceptions to this policy.
If your front door is not easily accessible – for example, you live in a gated property, rural property that is fenced, or secure apartment building
Please know it is also the driver’s discretion to deem a location ‘unsafe’ to leave the hamper.
In these instances, the hamper will either be taken to the nearest post office for collection (which is noted on your tracking link) or taken top a depot for re-delivery (which will also noted on your tracking link).
