How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

 

  • All delivery details & tracking links are sent to yourself, not the recipient, as you are our customer - we do not have the recipient's contact details.
  • All deliveries have an 'Authority to Leave' unless the driver deems it unsafe to do so. If you wish to have the 'Authority to Leave' removed, please contact Customer Service on 1300 354 393 within 15 minutes of placing the order.
  • If there is no safe place to leave your gift hamper, it will either be taken to the nearest post office for collection (which will be noted on the tracking link), or taken to a depot for re-delivery (also noted on the tracking link).
  • Please contact StarTrack on 13 23 45 (you will need to quote the consignment number, prefixed with B6KZ), if you wish to discuss/dispute delivery of your order or to arrange an alternate delivery method.
