Has my order been shipped yet? Why is my tracking not working?Updated a year ago
Once your order has completed you will receive an email with live tracking information so that you can track your parcel from the preferred gift delivery date.
Please note that although your order can have a status of ‘dispatched’, the online tracking data will not update until later in the day when the parcel has been collected by the courier.
If the StarTrack website displays an ERROR, it means your order has not yet been scanned / dispatched.
Please note, for Sydney Same Day Delivery, our courier will send an SMS. There will be no email tracking.
Once your gift has been delivered you will receive email notification.
If you have not received a tracking link, please check your junk / spam folders or alternatively use the Where's My Gift page.
