Cancellation of OrdersUpdated a year ago

Cancellation of orders must be done within 30 minutes of placing an order, and we will do our best to intercept the order in the production process.

If a gift has already been processed by us, we will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances. If you wish to return the gift and receive a refund, please refer to our Refund Terms and Conditions.

A request for a refund can be made for a gift that has not yet processed, up to a maximum of 90 days from order. No refunds will be payable after this time.
