Can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Cancellation of orders must be done over the phone within 15 minutes of placing an order, we will do our best to intercept the order in the production process.

If a gift has already been processed by us, we will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances. If you wish to return the gift and receive a refund, please refer to our Refund Terms and Conditions.

A request for a refund can be made for a gift that has not yet processed up to a maximum of 90 days from order. No refunds will be payable after this time.
