What other information do I need to know about delivery?Updated a year ago

  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday 
  • The selected date is a preferred delivery date and is not guaranteed 
  • You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information upon dispatch from our warehouse
  • You will receive a separate with tracking details for each delivery address in your bulk order. If you do not wish to receive an email for every delivery, please select this option on the bulk order form.

Deliveries during peek period (e.g. Easter, Christmas) can take longer than standard shipping timeframe estimates, so we highly recommend shipping slightly earlier to accommodate unforeseen delivery and/or businesses shutting down periods. 

Please note that for large bulk orders going to one address, delivery may be on a pallet. The Corporate Sales Team will advise you on this.
